Returns and Refunds are granted for the following reasons:
1. Returns are accepted if we shipped the wrong product.
2. Returns are accepted if the product arrived damaged, which has to be reported immediately.
-If damaged by the shipping carrier, a claim would have to be process with the carrier and upon that approval, a refund will given.
3. Custom orders (Ex: Color, odd lengths, odd inside or outer diameters), are not refundable.
4. If customer ordered the wrong product, an exchange will be accepted for non-custom candle covers. Customer will only pay all shipping expenses.
5. All sales are final unless your order meets any of the reasons/exceptions listed above.
